Hospitality OpsPro
Accessibility statement
Version 2026-10-06 · Hospitality Ops Pro is operated by 9495 Creative Ltd, London, United Kingdom.
We want everyone who works in a venue to be able to use Hospitality Ops Pro, including on a small phone in a busy kitchen. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA.
What we have done
- Every colour combination in the interface has a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 for text (Bone on Midnight 15.2:1, Ink on Bone 15.9:1).
- Every form field has a visible label; every button says what it does; every image that carries meaning has alternative text.
- Everything can be done with a keyboard, and the focused element is always visible. A "skip to content" link is the first thing on each page.
- Touch targets are at least 44 pixels. Nothing scrolls sideways on a 375-pixel phone. Text can be enlarged to 200% without loss.
- No motion, no autoplay, no time limits on forms. Information is never given by colour alone; amber and red states also carry a word.
- Pages work without JavaScript; it only adds convenience such as offline clock-in.
- Our automated test suite checks these rules on every page template before a release.
Known gaps
The rota drag-and-drop editor is also fully operable with the keyboard, but screen-reader announcements for dropped shifts are still being improved. PDF exports are tagged but complex tables may read awkwardly.
